The alittlebiz™ WebTimer uses a web interface to provide time recording. It uses a Microsoft SQL 2000 or Access database to store time entries, which in conjunction with the web interface can provide multiuser access from any where in the world.

The application provides the following functionality:

• Import and export time data between the alittlebiz™ WebTimer and QuickBooks Pro.
• Customizable naming for import and export files.
• Provides for designation of administrators who perform the import and export functions.
• Provides the capability to edit time entries, and to select whether to export these changes or not.
• Has filtering capability to view information about particular service categories, classes, customers, or specified combinations.
• Uses an ODBC compliant database for integration of information and reporting.
• Interface is written ASP for use with Microsoft’s IIS Internet server.
• Comes with an automated installation program to setup the application.
• Complete documentation of the setup, operation, and administration of the application.
