Heartland
ITS (HITS) was founded in June of 1999. Our initial staff was
derived from members of a full service IT department, thus a number
of our staff have worked together for 5 or more years. HITS
currently employs around 50 professionals with an average of 12
years in the information technology field. Our team of PMP certified
Project Managers are skilled at exceeding customer expectations and
our technicians hold a variety of industry standard certifications. HITS is classified a small business as defined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and owned by a disabled veteran as classified by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our experiences with deregulated industries allow us to provide pro-active organizational support and systems integration services for customers seeking new ideas to operate in a de-centralized, autonomous fashion. HITS is able to deliver consistent, quality service to clients because of the emphasis placed on hiring and retaining highly qualified IT professionals. Career development of HITS� employees through training and certification, and the focus on employee retention are two key aspects of HITS� success.
